Delete your data

You can delete your CollabTab account and everything associated with it at any time. If you can sign in, the fastest route is Settings → Account. If you cannot, use the form below.

We will email you a confirmation link. Nothing is deleted until you click it.

What happens next

  • You receive an email with a confirmation link, valid for 24 hours.
  • When you confirm, your profile is hidden immediately — you stop appearing in anyone's queue right away — and every device is signed out.
  • Your data is permanently erased within 30 days. Signing in before then cancels the deletion.
  • Access tokens for any linked YouTube, X, Instagram or TikTok account are revoked, and uploaded images are removed from storage.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, images, linked platform data and tokens, swipes, matches, messages you sent, subscription record, blocks, and sessions.

What is not deleted, and why

An anonymous anti-abuse record. We keep a one-way keyed hash of each platform account you linked, together with a count of how many free likes were used. This is what stops the free tier being reset by deleting an account and signing up again with the same channel. It cannot be reversed into your platform ID, does not contain your email or name, and cannot be used to identify you.

Payment records. If you subscribed, our payment provider retains invoice records for the period tax law requires. We do not control that retention and cannot shorten it.

Messages you sent to other people, for as long as the recipient still has an account, so that a report about a conversation can be investigated. They are no longer attributed to a live profile.

Export first, if you want a copy

Deletion is irreversible. If you want your data, export it from Settings → Account before you confirm.
